It offers high productivity with the capability to directly print received data, user-friendly operation thanks to extensive automation, and the high print quality of offset printing.
RYOBI 754 / 755 / 756
The RYOBI 750 series is a unit construction type B2-size multi-color offset press (tandem type) which adopts the double-diameter impression cylinder and double-diameter transfer drum for each printing unit. The 750 series is built on the superior features of the RYOBI 680 series. The 750 series presses are fast and consistently productive, thanks to a variety of automated devices and functions that reduce the labor involved in controlling printing quality. They offer superior printing quality, and they can provide added value with your printed products. Ryobi can offer RYOBI 750 series in two types (S type, and XL type). XL type is for longer paper size. The RYOBI 750 series presses can be combined with an aqueous or UV coating unit, and an infrared dryer or UV curing unit to create up to 30 variations of 4-color, 5-color, and 6-color presses.

RYOBI 662HX / 662PFHX

How can you meet all these demands at once? You'll find the answer in the RYOBI 662HX and 662PFHX offset presses. These presses are loaded with advanced automated features, including the RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, plate register remote control device and optional ink roller and blanket cleaning devices. All of which dramatically shorten make-ready time, thereby increasing your productivity.
The RYOBI 524HE includes the RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, which allows speedy and accurate plate changing, and the RYOBI PCS-J printing control system and RYOBI Program Inking, which reduce color adjustment labor to realize short make-ready times. The 524HE can be fitted with a wide range of options, including a high-precision register punch and automatic cleaning devices, enabling users to upgrade the press according to their needs.
RYOBI 522HE, an A3-plus 2-color offset press, was developed based on the popular RYOBI 522HXX, a high-end A3-plus 2-color offset press, and targets the high-end short-run printing market. The 522HE also is equipped with four ink form rollers for high print quality, and has automatic and labor-saving devices, such as the RYOBI Semi-RPC semiautomatic plate changer, for high productivity.
Based on the construction, function and operation of the well-reputed RYOBI 524HXX, this RYOBI 524HXXP has been developed to add a convertible perfecting device that allows perfecting in a single sheet pass. In this convertible perfecting device, the changeover between straight printing and perfecting is full-automatic by touch panel operation at the delivery side, and it takes only about 1 minute. The maximum printing speed is 13,000 sheets per hour for both straight printing and perfecting. The newly developed convertible perfecting mechanism with the unique 3-drum arrangement (double-triple-double transfer drum) guarantees high quality outputs for diversified paper stocks and printing materials. Of course, the press incorporates numerous automatic features such as RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, RYOBI AAC, RYOBI Program Inking, automatic cleaning devices and so on, which are all found in the existing RYOBI 524HXX to greatly reduce the downtime for changing jobs.
RYOBI 522HXX / 524HXX / 525HXX / 526HXX
The RYOBI 520HXX series builds on the superior features of the RYOBI 520HX series, such as RYOBI AAC(aqua automatic control), and aims for even higher productivity by providing further automation and labor reduction. The newly developed Semi-RPC RYOBI semianutomatic plate changer is included as standard equipment. Together with the optional automatic ink roller/blanket cleaning devices, these automated laborsaving devices help to boost productivity. To effectively reduce time and skill in making color adjustments, these presses feature the RYOBI PCS-H printing control system(optional on the 522HXX) for precision control over the ink and water balance, and can be optionally equipped with the RYOBI PDS/PDS-E for superior color adjusting accuracy.
RYOBI 3302HA is an A3-size, portrait-format 2-color offset press. It includes the RYOBI SuperDampener Continuous Dampening System to ensure a stable supply of dampening solution, as well as feature a spring-tension plate clamp system that readily accommodates both metal plates and polyester-based plates output from computer-to-plate systems. The 3302HA is also equipped with the RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, which makes changing plates significantly easier.
